Listening to the Rush Limbaugh show today, I heard an arrangement of Mozart's 40th symphony by the late composer Waldo de los Rios. I was impressed. I have been fond of Mozart's 40th for most of my life and de los Rios' arrangement gave it a fresh twist. I found de los Rios' arrangement in a video on YouTube. Enjoy:
